If you are a new patient, please arrive at our office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are an existing patient we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Payment and Financing
Payments are made in full when service is completed. We accept cash, personal check (upon valid verification), and all major credit care (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit). We do not accept personal check on first visit. We also offer 12 month 0% finance through care credit. You can call our office for more information or find out more information on their product at www.carecredit.com.
We participate with a number of dental insurance companies. We will bill your insurance company for the portion that they are responsible for. You are responsible for your portion of the bill and must be paid in full when service is completed. It is your responsibility to update us with any changes in your insurance coverage so that there won't be any loss of benefit. You must remember that you are still ultimately responsible for your treatment if your dental insurance company denied payment.
